His living daughter, Frances Brasfield told me she has never heard any information in her life about her father being married to Gertrude Gray before he married my grandmother, Lurlia Ashworth. I noticed Gertrude has two living children. Do you know if their father is supposedly Brett Brown Brasfield? If so, could you ask them to contact me. I would love to know the real story. Do you know where the information came from reflecting the marriage between Brett and Gertrude? Thanks for all your help and research.
