| 10403 | Robert Ernst FENN Born May 3, 1920 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to Ella (Madenwald) and Sizzo Fenn; died November 5, 2010 in Seattle, WA. An army veteran of World War II from 1942-1945, Robert served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre as a cryptographer, receiving a bronze star for his part in the Philippine Liberation. August 3, 1948 he married Margaret Patricia Walsh in Ashland, WI and soon thereafter they moved to Seattle. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Seattle University, was employed with Boeing for 20 years as a parts buyer, and founded (with two partners) Air Spares, Inc., sellers of airplane parts. Upon retirement, Robert bought a fishing boat (El Tigre). In addition to globetrotting with Margaret and spending time with his children and grandchildren, Bob spent many happy summers charter fishing out of Westport, WA, where the only thing he enjoyed more than catching a big king salmon was teaching someone else how to land one. He was generous to a fault and will be remembered for his big heart and infectious laughter. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, with whom he shared 62 years of joy; sons, David (Ruth) and Mark (Ann); and grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Kyle and Liam. He leaves behind his beloved sisters, Edythe and Elinor, and many more relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his brother, Elbert Fenn. Bob's joys in life were his family, fishing, rockhounding, cooking, painting, and storytelling. He and Margaret loved to travel and made friends everywhere they went. We would like to extend special thanks to Bob's devoted in-home caregivers, and to the staff at Ballard Care and Rehabilitation Center, Polyclinic and Swedish Hospital. | 10404 | Robert Nelson Stockton , who married Mary Jane Baldwin, was a son of William and Sarah (nee Marrs) Stockton, and a grandson of Thomas and Mary (nee Golden) Stockton, Sr. In about 1795 Thomas Stockton, Sr., became the first settler of what is now Clinton County, Kentucky, and Stockton's Valley is named after him. Biographical and Historical Memoirs of Mississippi Goodspeed Publishing Company, 1891 Volume II pp. 845-846 Robert N. [Nelson] Stockton, of Smithville, P. O., Monroe county, was born in Madison County, Ala, February, 1814. His parents are William and Sarah Marez [Marrs] Stockton. William Stockton was reared in Stockton valley, in east Tennessee, a tract of land deriving its name from that of his family, and was a farmer and merchant all his life. His wife was a native of Logan county, Ky. Both were members of the Cumberland Presbyterian church. Mr. Stockton, who saw service in the Creek Indian war, came to Mississippi in 1830, and moved on the farm where his son Robert now lives, in 1831, where he died July 27, 1833. He was a prominent Mason. His widow married Rev. Mr. Weaver, and died in 1878. Robert N. Stockton's early life was spent in farming, a practical preparation for the planter's life which he has ever led since he was sixteen years and four months of age. He has held the office of supervisor and was bailiff for fourteen years. During the late war he was a member of company B, of the Third Mississippi battalion, under command of Lieutenant Bergin. He was in the service one year and was discharged on account of sickness. He is a prominent Mason, and member of the Blue lodge No. 165, of Amory. He is one of the most successful farmers in the county, and owns about nine hundred acres of well improved land, all in one body. He was married December 31, 1844, to Mary J. Baldwin, and they have had thirteen children, names as follow: Sarah S., Affiencia A. Robert C., Josephine, Amelia, Silas G., William L, Nancy M., Mary V., Nathaniel M., Fannie E, Jane V. and John C. B. who died December, 1878, aged twenty-two years. Mr. Stockton has led an honorable, upright life and has been more than successful financially, and the same may be said of his sons who are old enough to take active part in the duties of life. He is passing his declining years in the quiet enjoyment of the fruits of his industry, held in high esteem by this large circle of friends, an! d loved and honored by his family. | STOCKTON, Robert Nelson (I36680)

| 10405 | Robert P. Voorhees Oct. 27, 1926 -- June 29, 2004 Robert Paul Voorhees, 77, of Oakdale died Tuesday at Oak Valley Hospital. Mr. Voorhees was a lifelong resident of Oakdale. He was a salesman for Imperial Oil & Grease Co. for 20 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a past president of Oakdale Dinner Club and a member of Oakdale Golf & Country Club and Oakdale Masonic Lodge Post 275. He is survived by his wife, Marcelyn Voorhees of Oakdale; children, David Voorhees of Westpoint, Steven Voorhees of Oceanside, Linda Oery of Modesto and Victoria Voorhees of Sonora; brother, Earl Voorhees of Modesto; sister, Merceita Ratto of Oakland; and eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakdale Golf & Country Club. No public visitation. Oakdale Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements. | 10406 | Robert Thomas Brasfield, D.M.D., died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, Cape Coral. He was born in Memphis, Tenn., Nov. 25, 1933. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, was one of the early dentists that started his practice in Cape Coral in 1966 and retired in 2007. He was a past president of the Lee County Dental Association in 1972. His pleasure was sailing and he did offshore racing for many years, was commander of the Cape Coral Power Squadron and taught sailing for 15 years. He was a member of Rotary South and a Paul Harris Fellow. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Libby; son, John; and daughter, Jenny, who both reside in Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, at 2 p.m., at Faith Presbyterian Church on Coronado Parkway in Cape Coral, with a reception to follow in the Faith Fellowship Hall. | BRASFIELD, Robert Thomas (I45762)

| 10407 | Robert Wilkinson is a native of Belfast, Ireland, and was born April 19, 1823. He is one of the children of George and Sarah Wilkinson, who were also natives of Ireland. The former was born at Mount Millie in 1780, married at Belfast, and emigrated to Canada, where he and wife died. They had a family of eleven children -Mary E., Jane, Thomas, John, Samuel, Robert, Sarah, George, Deborah and two infants who died unnamed. Our subject, Robert Wilkinson, in youth learned the trade of blacksmithing, which he followed a number of years. While in Canada, May 7, 1845, he married Miss Ann, daughter of Robert L. and Ann Drake, and in 1868, moved to Kentland, Indiana, and the following spring to York Township, Benton County. Mr. and Mrs. Wilkinson have had a family of eight children -Sarah A., George, Robert M., Amelia H. B., Mary A., John A.,, Thomas W. and Charles E. | 10421 | Ronnie Allen Standridge, 65, passed away May 16, 2010, at his home in Big Lake due to a long battle with heart problems. A memorial service will be held May 30 at 6 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mile 67.5 (Downing Street) Parks Highway in Willow. Bishop Leland Fishback will officiate. There will be a wake for him around his birth date for his Society for Creative Anachronism family. Ronnie was born July 8, 1944, in San Fernando, Calif., to Eula Pauline (Cutler) Standridge and Alfonso Ponnie Standridge . He graduated from high school in Wilberton, Okla. In 1986, Ronnie moved to Alaska, living in Eagle River in 1986, Wasilla from 1987-1994, Caswell Lakes/Hidden Hills in Willow from 1994-2001 and then moved to Big Lake in 2001 until his passing. Ron was a "Jack of all trades," with many jobs ranging from Boeing airplane maintenance, life insurance sales and concrete construction work, even a hauling business, but his primary love and business were his jewelry creation business and store The Gold Poke in Wasilla until 1990. In 1997, Ron retired with disability. He was an avid member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ron was a Master of the Laurel, which is a teacher in The Society for Creative Anachronism, and very proud of it. Ronnie was a Medieval re-enactment member, he also loving hunting and fishing as long as his health allowed. Cooking and barbecuing were his passion. "Ron was known for his wit and humor by all that knew him. His faith in his Savior Jesus Christ and his Heavenly Father always gave him the strength and courage to overcome every hurdle put in his way. Ron's love for his wife, children and grandchildren was unequaled and more important than anything in this world. Ron lived to bring joy to all that he met. He was his wife Terry's true knight and shining armor. His children's example of loving nature all around them and his friends' inspiration of life courage," his family wrote. Ronnie was survived by his wife, Rolinda "Terry" Standridge of Big Lake; son, Ronnie Allen Standridge Jr., of Norwalk, Calif.; daughter-in-law, Cecile Amy Standridge of Norwalk.; daughter, Dawn Elaine Segawa of Costa Mesa, Calif.; son-in-law, Matthew K. Segawa of Costa Mesa.; daughter, Alisa Marie Fries of Big Lake; son, Jody Wayne Johnson of Wasilla; granddaughter, Catherine Charlane Standridge of Norwalk; granddaughter, Michelle Amy Standridge of Norwalk; grandson, Richard Owen Standridge of Norwalk; grandson, Theodore Winston Segawa of Costa Mesa; grandson, Barak Hunter Fries of Big Lake; granddaughter, Anna-Theresa Jessica Fries of Big Lake; grandson, Bryce Ryan Fries of Big Lake; granddaughter, Terri Janice Johnson of Houston, Texas; grandson, Daemon Sky Brown of Houston, Texas; and cousins, the Cutler family of Wasilla. Ronnie is preceded in death by a sister Cora Lee and his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Olivia Wolford in February 2010.
